While he was following his compulsory studies he started to write poetry and horror short stories. Some of them were published in the monthly magazine FANZINE where he used to sign his works as “Ovejita Negra”. In 1992 he received the first national award of script against racism and xenophobia with the script titled Yesenia. In 1994 he started his degree in screenplay and direction at the Bilboko Zinema Eskola. While he was following these studies he worked as a fencing and martial arts choreographer for amateur theater and low budget short films. He also did production work in music videoclips. As soon as he finished his film studies, in 1996 he took a course in photography and lighting, at the Film Center in Madrid. After training, he worked in several short films in production work and as an assistant director. In 1999 he left cinematography to work and dedicate himself to the teaching of the old fencing. He lived in several foreign countries of northern Europe and in Japan, devoting himself to the sword. But this did not stop him from working in the short documentary Satomi by filmmaker Iroyuki Watabe taking charge of the production direction. Nicolas is afraid of him and the relationship between them is hostile. Rodolfo is very demanding with his child’s grades and he shows violent when he doesn’t achieve its objectives. One day, Rodolfo decides to claim a test and is directed to the school where attends Nicolas. Ruben, Nicolas’ teacher, welcomes Rodolfo in a friendly manner in his classroom and begin to talk about the test. To the negative of Reuben to modify the qualification, Rodolfo tries to persuade him otherwise but Ruben spoils it for then leave. Rodolfo in his last attempt to achieve his objective, it resorts to its most basic instincts and attacks the teacher. Director Biography – Glenn Doyle Born in Newfoundland, Canada — Glen has been writing in various mediums for almost 30 years, and has seen his works both published and produced. Glen wrote his first feature film ‘SOMETIMES A HERO’ (Cold Vengeance U.S. DVD Title) in 2001, and ‘THE CIRCUIT’ in 2002. The success of The Circuit prompted demands from international buyers for ‘CIRCUIT 2’ and ‘CIRCUIT 3’. In 2012 & 2013, he wrote and directed his own stage play, ‘Land of the Eternals’ which premiered as the season opener for the prestigious RHCPA Theater. In 2016, Glen directed, produced and starred in his first film, the short drama, ‘JUST A BEER’ and he also had other short film scripts produced, ‘THE USE OF DEADLY FORCE’ & ‘LOTS OF VOLUNTARY EFFORT’.
