I am in love…not a shallow love…a deep, engrossing, can’t get enough type of love. I am a coffee addict and this author was whispering sweet nothings in my ear with the recipes and “tutorials” in this book

This book was AWESOME on many fronts. First off, explanations were given from coffee descriptions to step by step instructions with how to make “fancy” restaurant style drinks in your own home! Anyone who knows me, knows I am cheap. I love to cook any/all things…If I can make something at home that a restaurant can make..guess what..it is being made at home!

Let’s not forget the 30 recipes in the book. These weren’t your little run of the mill coffee recipes. Some were pretty exotic and/or international. I downloaded this book yesterday, and have already tried 4 of them..each better than the one before it! I can’t wait to try out more for my food blog!

On a final note, I downloaded this from Amazon for free…however, it would have been worth every cent of the $2.99 which it costs.

This review is from: How to Make Coffee So Good You’ll Never Waste Money on Starbucks Again (Paperback)
I bought this book on a whim, hoping it’d cover espresso more in-depth than it did. In hindsight, though, I see it never really claimed to do that, and it’s a tiny book. It does cover the basics of coffee science, brewing, and some good recipes.

For those looking for espresso help, The Professional Barista’s Handbook by Scott Rao seems to be king.

I bought this ebook thinking I may get one or two bits of information from it. I was wrong I received a lot of good info plus numerous receipts. Good value.
